Yes, to secure items on pre order, please proceed through the check-out process. Payment is required to guarantee supply.
Before placing my Pre order I would like to know what the expected supply date will be.
Stock updates will be avaliable on the website so you will be able to see when items are due back in stock.
When will I know when my item on Pre order is going to be avaliable?
Updates will be emailed to customers as and when shipping information is recieved.
What forms of payment does Myflatpack accept?
Myflatpack accepts payments via PayPal or bank deposit.
I wish to pay via bank deposit. What are Myflatpack's account details and what do I use as a reference?
Please deposit into our ASB account : 12-3147-0411772-00. Use your order tracking ID as a reference.
What freight company do you use and how long will it take?
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. For items under 25 kgs and 150 cms in length we freight through CourierPost. For items above these dimensions we freight through Conroy Removals or Bascik Transport. Delivery times are as follows;
- Conroy Removals: North Island 2 - 3 days,
- CourierPost: North Island 1 day, South Island 2-3 days.
Bascik Transport: South Island 5 - 7 days.
How do I know when my order is on its way?
After your order is despatched from our warehouse or showroom we will email you tracking information for your reference and this can be used for any delivery queries.
How do I know when my order is going to arrive?
Our freight carriers will telephone you to arrange a suitable delivery time. The courier will attempt delivery and will leave a contact card if nobody is home.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect each carton when it arrives and DO NOT ACCEPT any damaged carton. If you are unable to inspect your items please ensure this is recorded on delivery documentation. To process any claims we must recieve notification within 7 days.
