Delivery Lead Times
To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of NZ freighters who deliver anywhere within New Zealand. Your location and order size will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are 5 working days.
Tracking Your Order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. For larger orders consisting of bulky or fragile items, you will be contacted to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
Deliveries are to your front door only.
Picking up Your Order
Any order can be collected from our Rangiora store at no extra charge.
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, we may offer you an exchange or credit note (less freight) provided that the goods are:
-in its original saleable condition
-packaging has not been opened or item has not been assembled
-is not a SALE item
AND the exchange is sought within 7 days of purchase.
Signature on Delivery
It is imperative that you inspect each carton for damage prior to signing for your goods.
Unless otherwise stated, all furniture supplied by Myflatpack does not come pre-assembled. All our products include simple step by step instructions on how to assemble. We offer an assembly service in metropolitan Christchurch only. The cost is 10% of the purchase price with a minimum fee of $30.
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit into our bank account and cheque. All cheque payments require 5 days to clear prior shipment.

All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.
