Invoicing.

Initially we’ll invoice for the cost of your order and our procurement fee. Once your order is packed ready for shipment we’ll invoice you for freight and Custom’s Duty (if any). Both invoices will be plus GST.

Payments.

We accept payment via bank transfer or deposit.

Credit card payments incur a 4% merchant fee.

Shipping times.

Shipments usually take two weeks to arrive in New Zealand from close of orders date.

Stock levels / backorders

If a product or component of a order is our of stock, we’ll purchase and deliver in our next shipment. If the product remains out of stock, at the customer’s option we’ll either refund the purchase price or wait until it becomes available.

Orders damaged during transit

Should your order arrived damaged*, we will refund your purchase price or replace the product.

*Please note that if you see visible damage when your order is delivered, you must immediately inform our freight company. In this case, it is imperative that you don’t sign the shipping document confirming the delivery arrived undamaged.
